1. Delivery Timelines - Gwalior: Same-day or next-day for most products. - Rest of Madhya Pradesh: 1-2 working days. - Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 3-5 working days. - Rest of India: 3-7 working days. Timelines are estimates from dispatch date, not order date.
2. Shipping Charges - Free shipping on orders above the threshold set in our current offers (usually Rs 999). - Below the threshold, a shipping fee applies based on order weight and destination. - Express / rush shipping is available at checkout where marked, subject to eligibility.
3. Order Processing - Orders placed before 2 PM are eligible for same-day dispatch (Gwalior) where the product allows. - Production and dispatch are confirmed via email/WhatsApp with the Order ID.
4. Tracking - Tracking details are shared via email and WhatsApp once the order is handed to the courier. - You can track any order anytime at asvprintmart.com/track using your Order ID or registered email. - Please allow 24-48 hours after dispatch for the tracking number to activate.
5. Delivery Attempts - The courier will attempt delivery at the provided address. If undeliverable due to incorrect address or non-availability, additional charges may apply for re-dispatch.
6. Damaged or Missing Items - If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, notify us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (+91 8518002385) with photos and your Order ID. - We will arrange a free reprint or replacement as applicable.
7. Delivery Address - You are responsible for providing a correct, complete address. ASV Print Mart is not liable for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
