Orders and Acceptance - An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully received. - We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to design copyright concerns, pricing errors, or technical issues. - Custom printing is made-to-order; production begins only after your design proof is approved (or after the default 48-hour period if no approval is received).
3. Pricing and Payment - All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. - Payments are collected in advance via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). - Coupons and offers may be withdrawn or modified at any time.
4. Artwork and Intellectual Property - You confirm you own the rights to all artwork/files you provide and that they do not infringe third-party copyrights. - You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you print. - ASV Print Mart is not liable for trademark/copyright claims arising from customer-provided designs.
5. Production Timelines - Production timelines are estimates and start only after artwork approval and payment. - Same-day service applies to select products ordered before 2 PM within Gwalior. - Delays due to force majeure (power cuts, machine breakdowns, courier strikes, natural events) are not our liability, though we will keep you informed.
6. Approval and Responsibility - A free digital proof is provided before production for most orders. - Once you approve a proof, or if production begins without changes after 48 hours, we cannot be held responsible for errors present in the approved design.
7. Limitation of Liability - Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the product(s) in question. - We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or business interruption.
8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India and the jurisdiction of the courts at Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.
